Section 1

Purpose and scope

This policy governs only the production and delivery of the physical diploma that a student may order after completing a course and issuing the digital diploma. Masterink does not currently sell any other physical product requiring shipping.

The physical diploma reproduces the details selected by the student and may include professional printing, a signature and a wooden frame as described before purchase. It is a personalised item ancillary to the digital training.

The product description, price, address, charges, eligible destination and any specific timeframe displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation form part of the contract and take precedence over general information in this policy.

Section 2

Roles of Polaris Club and Masterink

Masterink entrusts Polaris Club with receiving order data, personalisation, printing, framing, packing, handover to the carrier and operational coordination of diploma delivery.

Polaris Club and the carrier control physical production, routes, delivery attempts and daily operations. Masterink is not liable for acts, omissions or delays solely attributable to those operators or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where the law makes Masterink responsible as seller.

Customers may report any issue to Masterink, which will coordinate it with Polaris Club or the carrier. This internal arrangement does not reduce statutory consumer rights or require the customer to claim against a third party first.

Section 3

Destinations and shipping charges

The physical diploma is currently shipped only to accepted addresses within the European Union. Checkout will prevent or reject orders to unavailable destinations; the coverage shown when purchasing applies.

Shipping is free where expressly stated in the offer or order summary. Any additional charge must be shown before payment and will not be added after confirmation unless requested by the customer.

Certain islands, outermost territories, post office boxes or carrier-restricted areas may be unavailable even within an accepted country. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and the relevant amount refunded.

Section 4

Production, timing and tracking

Production begins after payment is confirmed and the personalised diploma details are validated. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may start processing on the next working day.

The 3–7 day period shown in the offer is an estimated delivery time subject to destination, production and carrier operations. A specific date or period stated at checkout or in the confirmation takes priority, and statutory delivery limits and remedies always apply.

Where the service supports it, a tracking number or link is provided after dispatch. A lack of real-time tracking does not mean that the parcel is not in transit.

Section 5

Address and receipt

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, postal address, postcode, country, telephone number and other required details. They must check them before payment and ensure someone can receive the parcel.

Corrections must be requested immediately. Once personalisation has started or the parcel has been handed to the carrier, Masterink and Polaris Club cannot guarantee that a name or address can be changed.

If a shipment is returned or needs another attempt because of incorrect details, repeated absence, unjustified refusal or failure to collect attributable to the recipient, only the actual and reasonable cost of re-production or re-dispatch may be charged after prior notice.

Section 6

Customs and special territories

Although ordinary coverage is limited to the European Union, some territories apply special controls, taxes or procedures. Unless checkout states they are included, import or handling charges imposed by an authority or carrier are payable by the recipient.

Masterink does not control inspection times or customs decisions and is not liable for delays caused solely by them or by a recipient's missing payment or documentation, without prejudice to reasonable assistance and mandatory rights.

Section 7

Risk, loss and damage

Where carriage is arranged by Masterink or Polaris Club, the risk of loss or damage does not pass to the consumer until the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier physically receives the diploma.

Recipients should inspect the parcel and report damage, errors or missing content promptly, preferably within 48 hours. This helps with a carrier claim but does not reduce statutory consumer time limits or rights.

For confirmed loss, transit damage, defective printing or incorrect personalisation attributable to Masterink or its operators, Masterink will coordinate reprinting, replacement or another legally appropriate remedy at no cost.

A reasonable description, photographs of the packaging and diploma, or tracking information may be requested to investigate. Missing one specific document will not automatically defeat a claim that can be proved by other means.

Section 8

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Masterink is not liable for delays or damage caused solely by force majeure, severe weather, external strikes, public restrictions, customs, general transport disruption, incorrect details or recipient absence where it has acted with reasonable care.

Masterink is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or professional loss resulting from diploma delay, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or the loss is directly attributable to Masterink's fraud or negligence.

General timeframes are estimates and may vary for operational reasons outside Masterink's control. If a binding date or statutory delivery period is missed, consumers retain their rights to allow a reasonable additional period and, where applicable, cancel the order or require the appropriate remedy.

If a consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by Masterink or Polaris Club, risk passes when the diploma is handed to that carrier, without prejudice to claims the consumer may have against it.

Section 9

Personalisation, returns and conformity

The diploma is made with the student's chosen name and details and is a clearly personalised good. The general withdrawal right for non-personalised goods therefore does not normally apply under the relevant statutory exception.

This exception does not affect rights arising from lack of conformity, damage, loss, manufacturing defects or personalisation errors attributable to Masterink, Polaris Club or the carrier. The appropriate statutory or commercial remedy will apply.

If the diploma accurately reproduces an incorrect name or detail entered and confirmed by the customer, a reprint may be subject to the actual costs disclosed in advance.

Section 10

Data needed for delivery

To produce and deliver the diploma, Masterink discloses to Polaris Club and the carrier only the data needed, such as name, diploma details, address, telephone, email and order identifier. They may not use it for unrelated marketing of their own.

Masterink retains its responsibilities for data processing and requires its providers to apply the relevant safeguards. Further information on processing, retention and data-subject rights is in the privacy policy.
